How long does it take to perform the work?
Most cleaning and restoration projects can be completed in one day. In some cases large or multiple rooms may take two days to complete.

Are the products you use safe?
Yes, all of the products we use are safe and non-toxic. Our completed work area will be safe to use and touch.

How long will the cleaning and restoration results last?
Our work will last for three to five years if properly cared for as outlined below.

How should I prepare for your visit?
Although we will remove and return most furniture (with the exception of very large, heavy items and multimedia or electronic equipment) to its original position, we ask that you remove all fragile and other items from the surfaces of any furniture we will be moving.

Do I need to wait to use the area after it has been cleaned and restored?
For areas that have been cleaned and restored you can use them right away. After shower regrouting we recommend you wait 48 hours to allow the grout to completely dry before use. In all cases we suggest to wait two weeks before any harsh chemicals are used.

How should I clean the tile & grout after the work is finished?
To clean your tile and grout we recommend using a soft bristle scrub brush with a PH neutral cleaner which can be found at most home improvement stores. You can also make your own PH neutral cleaner by mixing one-part rice vinegar with three-parts water and a tablespoon of baking soda. To keep your tile and grout looking great we suggest cleaning your tile surfaces once a week and grout lines every month. To avoid stains, be sure to clean the grout right away if coffee, wine or other staining liquids are spilled.
